Our community of senior independent living residents at Clement Manor is an active group—all aged 62 and better—who have chosen to live independently, with extra services available as needed. Would you like a little “extra help” but not quite ready for assisted living?
Clement Manor is offering a program for independent residents called Independent Plus. This program equips our independent residents to REMAIN independent while providing a bundle of extra services. This new bundle service line is perfect for someone who would like help with meals, housekeeping, laundry, activity reminders, medication reminders, and a daily check-in system for your peace of mind.

We offer a range of rental plans tailored to your needs, including upfront down payments to reduce monthly costs and month-to-month options. Our Concierge Liaison will walk you through all options.

The Independent Plus plan is designed for residents who wish to maintain independence while receiving additional support with daily activities, reminders, medication reminders, and meal plans, ensuring a comfortable lifestyle.
We welcome residents that are age 62+.
Yes! More care is available as residents need it. We have all areas of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Onsite Rehab and Hospice options.
Yes! We offer daily Catholic Masses Wednesday – Sunday, as well as Word and Communion Services on Mondays and Tuesdays. Residents can also watch mass from their rooms on a local Clement Manor TV stations.
