Health Center Activities
The Health Center Activity Department offers a variety of activities to meet residents’ intellectual, spiritual, creative, social, emotional, and recreational needs. Activities occur in large and small group settings and on a one-to-one basis as needed.
Regular activities include trivia, pet visits, card games, sensory visits, beauty hour, bingo, and music and pet therapy programs. We also bring in-house professional entertainment, such as musicians, performances, speakers, and demonstrations.

We have private suites, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, weekly bath, call pendants, wander guards, social work and pastoral care (and Mass) services, wound care and more. All meals included.
Our Skilled Nursing facility provides comprehensive 24/7 personalized medical care, rehabilitation services, physicals, podiatry, dental and hearing specialists, consultations, medication administration, pastoral care, and specialized therapies tailored to each resident’s needs.
Yes, we conduct daily safety checks to ensure the health and safety of all residents and monitor any changes in their condition.
Absolutely! We welcome visitors and offer a full schedule of activities designed to engage residents and foster social connections.

Yes, we have partnerships with numerous hospice agencies that come to Clement Manor daily to provide end-of-life respite and palliative care.
Yes, we do have an MD medical partner who can provide personalized care for each resident. But residents can keep their own doctors as well, however we would encourage residents to use the Clement Manor doctor for a comprehensive care plan.
