About the work

John Suess was born and raised in Milwaukee and has always had a passion for art.

John has been drawing and painting since the age of 3 and took two years of commercial art in college, but did not have much time to dedicate to this love as he was busy with work and family.

After retiring from his 34-year career as a librarian in 2007, he has devoted his free time to playing golf, working in his garden, taking photographs and painting!

John is a returning artist in the Clement Manor Art Gallery, and we are happy to welcome him back with new pieces.

Location: The Gallery is located near the main entrance to the Health Center at 3939 S. 92nd Street.

Hours: Open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm.

Artist Inquiries Welcome!
The Life Enriched Art Gallery can accommodate approximately 16 pieces of artwork.  Art cannot exceed 36 inches by 36 inches and must be able to hang on a J hook.  Artist exhibits are on display for two months.  For more information, contact us at (414) 321-1800.
