Short-Term Rehab/Therapy

Clement Manor's rehab & therapy department delivers post-acute continuum inpatient, out-patient and long term care services. The department is open 5:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays, with therapists available for extended evenings, weekends and holidays.

The Rehab & Therapy staff includes highly skilled professionals with experience ranging from 12-20 years in all treatment areas. Some of our program specialties are: 

• Neurological treatment
• Orthopedic/Arthritic treatment
• Cardiac/Pulmonary/Medical Diagnoses treatment
• Home Safety
• Specialized Equipment training (wheel chairs, walkers, bathroom items, etc).
