The question is making national headlines. You’ve made the decision to sell your home. You know that you won’t be able to take everything with you. What will you do with all of your stuff?
Clement Manor will host a workshop on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 1 to 3pm where attendees will come away with answers to their questions. Hear from Universal Services, specializing in moves for older adults, and Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that takes almost everything, even the kitchen sink. Attendees will:
-Get ideas for creating a process and a plan that works best for them.
-Discover tips for how to get started clearing your home of items that can be a blessing to others.
-Learn how to move forward when your family says "no thank you."
-Find out what sells and what’s best to donate.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit with Clement Manor residents who have successfully made it through the process of clearing their way.
The workshop will take place at the Clement Manor Independent Apartments located at 9405 W. Howard Ave., Greenfield. Reservations are helpful. For more information, contact Kim Skoczynski at 414-546-7000.
