Clement Manor COVID-19 Leadership Taskforce

At Clement Manor we are taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. The COVID-19 Leadership Taskforce is involved daily with webinars, conference calls, emails, and other communication with organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Human Services, the City of Greenfield Health Department, Wisconsin Division of Quality Assurance, the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council, LeadingAge, the Superior Health Quality Alliance, and others.

Gratefully we have a dedicated team that can take the time needed to participate in these information-gathering opportunities because we learn, share and are encouraged. As healthcare and housing providers, we partner with many similar organizations and share best practices. When we hear that a facility is having difficult providing quality care, we hurt. And we help if we can.

Below are links to Centers for Disease Control web pages with detailed information about the way we are accountable to care for residents in various parts of our campus. Information from the CDC and other governing entities is monitored by the COVID-19 Leadership Taskforce comprised of our CEO, CFO, director of nursing, infection prevention and control nurse, assisted living nurse manager, director of resident services, Clare Suites program manager, Health Center administrator, director of support services, director of social work and concierge services, director of marketing and director of pastoral care. This taskforce meets three times each week and additionally as needed to discuss, plan and implement the actions necessary to provide quality service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
