Adult Day Services
As part of our continuum of care, Clement Manor offers a daytime program to individuals who can benefit from socialization and structured activities, as well as individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living or require supervision for personal safety.
Our program offers:
- Experienced, professional staff: An on-site Registered Nurse is available for health monitoring and medication administration, and a Certified Social Worker is here to address any concerns of participants and their families.
- Activities: Mentally and physically stimulating activities are scheduled based on participants needs and level of functioning. A few of the fun things we do at Day Services are music, exercises, crafts, live entertainment, bus trips, active games and word games.
- Nutrition: A well balanced noon meal and tasty afternoon snack are served every day. We are also able to accommodate special diets and individual food preferences.
- Personal cares: Whirlpool baths are available, as well as assistance with grooming, continence and mobility issues.
Our Adult Day Services is a State of Wisconsin certified program.
We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Flexible scheduling allows participants to attend partial or full days, one to five days per week.
