CORE (Centers for Orthopedic Rehabilitation Excellence) is a program specifically designed for orthopedic patients who do not qualify for an inpatient rehabilitation stay, but are not functionally ready to return home. Ideal candidates would be patients with total hip or knee replacements or fractures of the hip. Clement Manor is the only facility in southeastern Wisconsin to host this rehabilitation program. The Health Center Activity department offers a variety of activities to meet the intellectual, spiritual, creative, social, emotional, and recreational needs of our residents. Activities take place in large and small group settings and on a one-to-one basis as needed.
Regular activities include Bingo, bowling, musical activities and art projects. Other special programs include fun trips to restaurants, museums, and festivals, and professional entertainment like musicians, performances, speakers and demonstrations.
