In collaboration with Benedictine Health System of Duluth, Minnesota, Clement Manor is involved in the management of Mount Carmel Health and Rehabilitation, a 457 bed nursing facility located about 2.5 miles from the Clement Manor campus. This collaboration of two Catholic providers of long term care, has presented a number of unique opportunities for operational efficiencies as we work collaboratively to meet the needs of the residents of both campuses as well as the community at large. Additionally, this partnership has served as a model for organizations in developing systems to bring about compliance with federal and state regulations governing nursing homes as well as working collaboratively with organized labor.

Clement Manor manages this Residential Care Apartment Complex under a contract with the Franciscan Sisters of St. Clare and Horizon Senior Services.
This affiliation not only benefits the residents served, but allows the School Sisters of St. Francis and the Franciscan Sisters of St. Clare to further their Mission of providing needed health care and related services to the community. The Administrator of St. Clare Terrace is also a member of the Clement Manor Executive Team and provides operational leadership for the facility.
