Clement Manor manages this Residential Care Apartment Complex under a contract with the Franciscan Sisters of St. Clare and Horizon Senior Services.
This affiliation not only benefits the residents served, but allows the School Sisters of St. Francis and the Franciscan Sisters of St. Clare to further their Mission of providing needed health care and related services to the community. The Administrator of St. Clare Terrace is also a member of the Clement Manor Executive Team and provides operational leadership for the facility.
Cerenity Senior Care, an independent senior care organization consisting of five campuses located in St. Paul, MN that is sponsored in partnership with Benedictine Health System and HealthEast Care System of St. Paul, MN.
